Is the strap long enough for my husband?
Will the front pockets hold 8oz bottles?
Yes, the three bottle pockets will fit 4oz to 8oz bottles.
I am expecting twins. Will this backpack be large enough?
Yes, it will. Our customers have used it when traveling with twins or two kids.
How's the USB port supposed to work? Will it charge automatically?
The diaper bag has a fixed charging port and a USB cable to plug in an external power bank (not included). You will need to attach a power bank inside the bag and then simply bring a USB charging cable to plug in the outer port for easy charging.
How do you wash this bag?
It is recommend to wash by hand. We suggest a light scrub with mild soap and water, then let it air dry. It will make the bag look brand new! :) For daily cleaning, just wipe with a damp cloth.
Does this bag come with warranty?
If there are something wrong with our diaper bag, you can contact us within 30 days. Our customer support will get you sorted :)

Yes, we ship internationally. We now offer FREE worldwide shipping for a limited time. Please read our shipping and delivery page. At checkout, make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code!
What about shipping and delivery?
We fulfill orders within 1-3 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our shipping and delivery page for more details.

There will be tracking number provided for these countries: United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, France, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau! For rest of the world, you can still receive free shipping but no tracking info will be provided.
